I designed and built a custom e-commerce website for Higher Fine Arts, a photography business owned by my father. The platform allows customers to browse a curated gallery of fine art photography, order canvas prints, and pay securely online. On the backend, the business owner can easily manage products and orders through a secure, custom-built admin dashboard.

Tech Stack:

• Frontend & Framework: Built with SvelteKit for a fast, reactive, and maintainable frontend.
• Payments: Integrated with Stripe to handle secure online transactions.
• Shipping: Utilized the Shippo API to dynamically calculate shipping costs at checkout.
• Database: Used MongoDB to store product listings, order details, and customer information.
• Image Hosting: Hosted high-resolution photography on Google Cloud Storage for reliable and scalable access.
• Authentication: Implemented Google Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure admin login and access control.

Key Features:

• Responsive Photo Gallery: Customers can explore fine art photography in a visually clean, mobile-optimized interface.
• Product Customization & Checkout: Buyers select canvas sizes, add to cart, and complete payment with an intuitive flow.
• Admin Dashboard: The business owner can log in via Google SSO to add/edit products, upload images, and manage orders in real time.
• Real-Time Shipping Estimates: Customers receive live shipping rates during checkout via Shippo.

This project provided a professional digital storefront for Higher Fine Arts while giving me valuable experience with full-stack development, cloud services, and third-party integrations.
